10th Anniversary
As Kean Ocean celebrates its 10th anniversary, the partnership
between Kean University and Ocean County College continues to set
the bar high for any whowish to follow its example. The collaboration
between the two schools is the first of its kind in New Jersey, and was
established with the goal of providing affordable opportunities to
county college students striving for more, without sacrificing quality.
“The costs of a college education keep escalating, but the value of a
college education in today’s world cannot be underestimated,” said
Robert Schiele, vice president of Student Organization for Kean Ocean.
“I searched for the right fit for me, and I did not have to look far. Right
here in Ocean County, I found my pathway to a college degree.”
